Thread problem and solution

1. If thread is imperfect, the solution is as follows:

1) Adopt wrong tool-setting rod. Choose correct rod to reset the position of screw rolling dies

2) The position of eccentric shafts are changed after a period of working. Readjust the position of eccentric shafts.

2. When Thread is disordered, the solution is as follows:

1) Threading rollers are incorrectly installed. Reinstall the rollers.

2) There are too much chips in the rolling head. Clean the chips.

3) Front and rear axle covers loose. Unload the rolling head and fix the sets crews

4) Incorrectly install the eccentric shafts. Unload the rolling head, 

5) The eccentric shafts are not correctly mounted. Take off the rolling head, set the red marks on the pinions of eccentric shaft aligns at the red point on the gear ring. 

3. The thread is not smooth,

1) The rigidity of the rebar is too high or too low. Report to the project principal, avoid the machine is damaged by this kind of reba

2) The threading rollers are blunt. Replace the threading rollers.
